We actually work together now as he is my best friend and CEO Pete Kistler. Back when i moved into the dorms as a freshman I was matched together with a guy who if we met at a party randomly would hate each other. But we both worked at the fact they we had to live with each other and worked all our problems out by communicating to each other. I am still living with him 4 years now. Communication and compromise are absolutely key. I can trust the guy with anything. This is 100% true.
