Every day we come across countless different ways to promote yourself on line and build up a personal brand.  After Al Biedrzycki had submitted a variety of cover letters to companies that never responded he decided to hiring matters into his own hands.  Above is the video he produced that has been gaining him a lot of publicity in his job search.
