		<description>Dan, I feel you are speaking about a real problem in the mindset of most college students. The usual college student will spend a lot of time and energy developing themselves in college. But, how many students make a serious consideration about what they are going to do once they get out of college to get them on track with their career. I a lot of people I have spoken to in college especially undergrads have only a vague idea of what they will do once they get out of college not realizing that now is the time to start considering what they are going to do with their degree and how they are going to position themselves to do what they want when they get out. The usual college student is developing the skills to work &quot;within&quot; their career but not many know how to work &quot;on&quot; their career when they leave college.
