Richard,

Great question: If there are so many jobs posted, why do unemployment stats read so high?

I think the answer partly has to do with how hard it is for employers to find QUALIFIED job candidates. Whenever I talk to someone in a hiring position, they always tell me what a headache it is to find good talent. Oy vey!

And even when you find an applicant who seems to be a perfect fit, they're almost certainly actively talking with other employers. If they're good enough for you, then they're good enough for other companies, too.

Online job postings online are a huge opportunity for job-seekers. The challenge is for a new generation of workers to understand how to effectively find the job openings online that match their long term career goals.

Then of course, once you find their ideal job, you must effectively package yourself for success and convince your potential employer that you're worth every penny - which is exactly what Brand-Yourself.com is all about.
