Jun,

Congrats on FD Career! After all, why would you work for someone else when you can blaze your own trail, doing what you love?

A note to aspiring student entrepreneurs: If you haven't graduated yet and you're thinking about starting a business, START NOW! During school is the absolute best time to launch a company. You're supported by your professors, peers, clubs, counselors, and you're surrounded by all kinds of resources (libraries, computer labs, video cameras, etc.) that are harder to come by once you leave.

Hi Erin,

Making the transition from school to the working world was one of the toughest transitions I've ever had to make. At school, you're protected in your university bubble and it's as if the rest of the world doesn't matter. The beauty is that you do things at your own time and pace; you pretty much answer to no one. And the best part is the tight community of friends who you can hang out with at anytime.

Work is difficult because now you're answering to your boss and the company. You work all day and then come home tired at night so you can't do anything but eat dinner and sleep. You live for the weekends.

That's why I could only take 3 months of the corporate world. I stepped aside and started my company Future Delivery with my friends from UCLA. We've been doing amazing ever since.

Since we're both members of BC, I would like to invite you to my company's private beta website - FD Career:

http://FDcareer.com
Code: junloayza

FD Career is the personal development community that turn your life into an RPG. Every time you get an internship, become a leader in an organization, or get a high GPA, you level up within the site.

Hope you have the time to try out the site. I would greatly value your feedback!

Thanks Erin.
